The Department of Biological Sciences at Lehigh University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the area of Cell Biology with an anticipated start date of Fall 2027. Eligible applicants must have earned a Ph.D, with at least one year of postdoctoral research experience, in the fields broadly associated in Cell Biology by the date of employment.
The individual hired will be expected to teach across a range of modalities at both the Graduate and Undergraduate levels, engage in scholarly activities, and participate in departmental, college, and university service. The individual hired is also expected to develop an internationally recognized and extramurally funded research program, participate in the department’s Ph.D. program, and contribute to the department’s excellence in undergraduate and graduate teaching.
