Assistant Professor of Analytical Chemistry

LEHIGH UNIVERSITY. The Department of Chemistry invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the area of analytical chemistry, beginning in August 2024. Candidates should have an earned Ph.D. in Chemistry or related fields and at least one year of postdoctoral experience. Scientists working in all areas of analytical chemistry, including bioanalytical chemistry, mass spectrometry, chemical imaging, separations, electroanalytical chemistry, optical methods, and related emerging areas are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a strong record of publications, teach courses in analytical chemistry at the graduate and undergraduate level, engage in scholarly activities, supervise Ph.D. graduate students, participate in departmental, college, and university service, and contribute to the university’s community outreach efforts.
